I just got this kit like 3 weeks ago....as long as they are H7s you are good as gold...direct plug and play. I honestly would reccomend taking the headlights out for the install....a lot easier. You wont be able to mount these ballasts to the bottom of the headlights as the ballast mounting location is too small...but i just velcroed them to the inside of the engine bay in back of the lights...total install time is less than an hour...:thumbs up:
haha i would but i am not going to remove my headlights to take pics for ya....its simple hell....take the old bulb out...seat the new bulb.....hookup the ballast to the old 12v going to the old headlight bulbs....run the wires from the ballast to the headlight....that is about it...everything is plug and play and you have a b6 like me so you will have PLENTY of room behind the headlights to either velcro the ballasts to the side or zip tie them to some random spot....you will likely have to re aim the headlights after removal so do that very carefully and do not over turn the adjustment screws...i did and i had to get a new headlight bc i broke a plastic piece in there....another thing i forgot is you need to cut a hole in the back of the dust caps to run the wires from the ballast in to the headlight bulb and mount this grommet in there to seal everything up...its seriously so easy though man dont worry at all it will take you an hour or so if you are mechanically talented...make sure you have torx heads to get the headlights out too...otherwise you will be SOL

if u do a search on AW (audiworld), theres a post over there where someone did take pics of how to get the ballast from vvme kit to fit under the headlight. you do have to modify the bottom plastic slightly to make it fit.i didnt want to bother with it so theres like this type of bar below where the headlight sits, stuck on industrial strength velcro on it and place the ballasts below that bar. then put a couple of zip ties around just in case, though the velcro is pretty strong on there and doesnt move. vvme kit is also weather proof so you dont have to worry about it getting wet.
for $57, id hop on it!!
