So i filled up my tank to full today (to the point where the pump shuts off) And my gas gauge only reads it as half full... any ideas? (I added seafoam to it at the time of filling as well, could that have something to do with this?)

 

Doubt it is seafoam. Maybe you only have half a tank despite the pump shutting off. If not it is the sending unit in the tank.
