Default Holiday Boost Gauge Install!

So while i haven't been on here forever because my parents don't have the internet, I finally have all the pics of my boost gauge install. AWE instructions say 1.5 hrs but it took me about 2.5 to figure everything out. Enjoy!

Oh quick question, what should your vacuum be at when the car is idle because mine shows anywhere from -7 to -12?

At idle your boost gauge should read ~20 in hg of vacuum.
Looks good.

should be ~20

and where did you go through your firewall? cause when i first got my car a shop drilled straight through my sunroof drain plug. it works fine but i had to seal it up with caulking to prevent water from coming in. and i've been thinking of redoing all the lines i have going through there.

Yeah pretty sure you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

its right underneath the ECU, you unclip the ECU (keep it connected), pull it out of the way a little, and there is a huge entry way right to the inside of your car.

I will have to check on monday if i have any codes, i have no CEL. I think I have to calibrate the gauge but i don't know how to do that, do you think that is why the #'s are off?

thats what i've heard before but how does it run outside the ECU box? cause isn't that supposed to be completely sealed?

and it either needs to be calibrated or you have a vac leak

theres a little rubber nipple that you drill a hole through and it fits perfectly through it.

I will have to figure out how to calibrate it, and see if it stays the same.
