A guy I know has a civic that runs mid 11's turbo b16

 

Stock motor? how much'd he drop on it?

 

Stock b16 motor - 1.6l vtec, with greddy turbo kit. On slicks obviously.

 

yeah, i've seen a few quick ones I'll admit. but i always assumed they poured a ton of money into them, and never quite understod why. I still think a great looking, comfy riding audi haulin *** would be much better than a tinny ricerocket tho

 

Agreed!!!!! As for the money he obviously has the cost of the car $$$ its a honda you can get them cheap. The motor is about 2k as they dont come with the B16 (in a hatch) and the turbo kit about 3k so yeah there is a lil bit of money but i think his total investment is about 11k and he drives it daily and gets 25- 30 mpg

 

like i said im only getting this cause someone hit the front of my car so i needed new parts caint wait for chip and exhaust
