come on, what do you see more:

a 9 sec. hatch (honda, whatever)
or a 9 sec. audi

definitely more 9 second hondas.

 

did i not say that there are some fast hondas out there? and NSX doesn't count lol, that i will say is a beautiful car, but why did they discontinue it??

I never see fast Honda's, honestly. But incredible 1/4 mile times arent what Audis are all about. Having the best 1/4 mile time doesnt mean **** if your car looks and sounds like a POS imo. People that only care about that sort of thing are very onetrack minded and that shows lack of characterandsense of appreciation. Its sort of hard to compare an Audi to a Honda in any way. Its like 2 seperate worlds. Ghey and not ghey jk. I really dont give a ****, but Im sure glad my car looks so much better and can eat 99% of the Hondasitcomes into contact with.

 

well, the topic and his story was kind of leaning towards drag racing. i do agree with you that most hondas are crap and we can smoke them. and i agree that audi is a better quality car as well. im just saying, it is more rare to find a really fast audi compared to a honda.

 

hahaha Funny stuff, so I am at a red light, 3 lanes of cars waiting for the light to turn green and I am about the third car in the pile sooo, I rip it up to the front of the croud and am going about 90km/h as a honda accord rips by me doing like 140km/h so i just floor it to blast past him and his governor kicks in at about 160km/h as I fly by doing about 215km/h and after we pulled up to the light again at the next intersection the my windows were rolled down and as the guy pulls up to me his blonde girlfriend owns him and says "Nice car!!!" I just smiled and winked as the guy closed his window and turned don his music HAHAHA!

anyway, as far as non-modded, non-drag cars, i agree almost anything european could beat a honda.

 

I use to be a Honda guy. I am now a Audi guy. It's a class thing, it's a anti ticket thing, and it's a all wheel drive thing. However you guys do hate pretty hard. For the money any of us has put into our car including the price. A honda could be built that would blow it away in acceleration and most likely cornering. I'm not going to lie. Quartto is a mo'fo drive train and can put down some nasty cornering for a luxury sport sedan. A honda is not a luxury sport sedan. It is like comparing apples to oranges. Further, it is very true that any stupid fool that buys a 80 civic and puts a huge chrome can on it will be hated by all. How couldn't he? Yes, he is also slow, not only his car, but his life, education....leave it at world. But what would you guys think if you saw a jack-up A4 with 24 inch spinners and three 15inch subs, and a chrome coffee can. The same thing. It would be interesting to ponder which moron would win though. The rich and confused or the poor and confused. Both have killed their engineering. Now here is a real question.

 

i agree, my roommate has a integra (the older model) with a turbo and its quick. keep in mind my other car is a 450hp 240z (in the process of being rebuilt) i still give him props, of course my audi has better sytling than a honda.
