im tryna hard wire an ipod into the bose symphony system in my 2001 a4....i wanna run the wire with headphone jack inside the console and have it accesable under the armrest....but i dont know where to hook it up to in order to get the sound out of the car? any1 got any ideas...any help is greatly appreciated...thanx

 

You know you can buy aftermarket cables to hook the Ipod up (icelink)?

 

yeah but where do i hook those cables into the radio? is there like auxilary input or something? or can i hook it into the amp or what? any1 have any ideas?

id rather try to keep the cd changer tho...is that possible? and is there a way to do this with out actually buying anything? thing is im not actually using an ipod...just used the name as reference...using my pda with a sd card with music on it

 

yeah i have a 1999 a4 and with a bose system and in trunk 6disc changer and still want that to work... anyone know how to make that happen? all i have seen is basically an adapter from a cd changer to another type of cable... and having it in the arm rest or in the ash try would be sick
