Shedding 100+lbs of unneeded weight (mainly from the front) you can really improve the cars balance, acceleration, and mpg.
This winter I'm getting one & putting it in the trunk.
The stock batter is HUGE & very heavy. Not everything is about 1/4 mi times. The stock location is up very high, about 1ft up from the center of gravity of the car, & about 2ft in front of the center axis. This hurts polar movement, & suspension setting. We all know that are Audi's are VERY nose heavy, the batter in the stock location does nothing but put even more weight up there.
It is totally worth it to get a LTW battery. Has anyone gone to the dealer for a OEM batter? It's well over $200, so this is a bargain, & it's BLING!

Well if you get an Optima thats close to that same price so why not be cool and get a battery in CF? That is a nice weight loss for a battery, has anyone used it on a cold winter needing cranking amps?
