Thanks for all thehelp guys!!!
I tired pressing the button on the drivers side by the seatbelt but I'm still havign the same problem, do I just rpess the button or is there soemthign else I have to do? Also I forgot to mention that that sometimes the horn doesn't sound but the lights flash. Also I noticed that now when I lock my doors with the key fobsometimes thehorn doesn't sound.

There is also a sensor on the oposite side of the card where the passenger is might want to press that also.
When the lights flash and the horn doesnt go off I generally find my door or something is open. Might want to try and open and close everything to make sure.

There are a number of sensors that will/can go off intermittently. On my car it is the hood sensor. wheneverit rains hard, it does funky things.
Get a vagcom and see which sensor is triggering your alarm. sometimes, all you have to do is open and slam every door, the trunk and the hood.
