I already sent a pm on this but its difficult from the UK perspective because the emissions are different so the engine code is the same as over here AUA for 2000 and BBY change over in 2001

Biggest thing is the chasis...2001.5 is built on a S4 chasis
also the percentage of B6 parts on your car...sensors and other electronic crap
I think 2001.5 is also when the bump to 170 HP occured.
