Default How to diagnose your car on iPhone with iOBD2

iOBD2 is an app for your car. It makes your iPhone or iPad into a car diagnostic tool to read your car engine data.
The first impression iOBD2 gives me is that it is small but with powerful function. Now plug the iOBD2 into the OBD connector on

the car. Remember to check whether it is connected firmly.

Then download the free iOBD2 app from APP store on your iPhone.

Next set the Wi-Fi connection:
1. Select setting.

2. Select Wi-Fi.

3. Select iOBD2 network.

4. Fill the IP address and subnet mask. IP address: 192.168.0.11 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0.

5. Turn off the cellular data on iPhone to check whether the IP address is set successfully.

6. The IP address is set when the Wi-Fi indicator displays on the status bar.

After completing the Wi-Fi setting, turn the ignition on. Then open the iOBD2 app and press connection button to select the car
model to connect iOBD2 with the car OBD system. You are now ready to go with iOBD2.

WOW - this is very cool!!!

A couple of questions:

Is it compatible with all cars that have an odb connection?
I didn't see reference to the interface cable between the car and the iphone - where do you get that?

Thanks.

Jeff

It is compatible with all OBDII/EOBD compliant cars.
No need for the interface cable. The iphone communicates with the car wirelessly by wi-fi.

Default Radio S/N

Hi Rocky010 - Will the OBDII app show the serial number for the radio? I am trying to get a PIN code and need it as it's not on the radio.

Thanks

Good day,
I have not found any general topic about the
portable charger 20000mah portable charger 20000mah
, and the Chinese have a huge selection.
I ask you to share your experience, who bought what, how much the volume corresponds to the declared, etc.
Are there any power banks with replaceable 18650 batteries?
Thank you all in advance.
