I have tried everything to get these two pieces off. I want to take of the cream colored handle cover and the cream colored piece that is on top of the window controls. I have tried to pop them off but they aren't coming off and I heard something start to crack so I didn't want to keep going and break something. Also I saw 2 screws on the door panel and took them off. I was going to take the whole door panel off inside but couldn't get it off either.

Does anybody have a trick to getting these pieces off? I want to repaint the door pieces.

The door panel has to come off. There is a screw that bolts on the finger plate pieces, that can only be accessed from behind. I'd send you a link from audiworld.com to remove it, but i'm at work and i'm banned from that site ;-) Go there and search yourself. Good luck.
