Default How do I take the abs sensor out ?

I think I found the problem with my breaks but could not take passenger side abs sensor out. I tried all kind of tools and stuff, but does not want to go out. is there any easy way or tip about how to take the abs sensor out ?

I took the driver side out easy clean it and put it back but there is something wrong with the passenger side abs sensor.

I pulled mine out easly!! Ur's is probably stuck and needs more force Also check the inside to see if there is any crap in it...that causes my ABS to work all the time.

try twisting it from side to side first for a while to get it moving then twist it while you pull it out, if you apply hard but constant pressure and be careful with it you won't damage it.

If you really can't get it, you may want to send wood_e a PM. I know he had a tough time with one of his and ended up having to drill it out and replace it. It would be a last resort, but not a bad idea to talk to someone who has done it before you give it a shot.

sensor is already bad. I do not care how I take it out, I just do not want to damage other parts/sensor hole.

I will send PM to wood_e. Thanks.

If the sensor is dirty, you might try hitting the brake caliper with a hammer
to dislarge the dust.

The right front sensor is sending a different speed than
the other sensors when you are going straight. Could be dirt
on the sensor.
