Lift up the hood and along the edge of the grill there are several "clips" but if you want a faster way.....sledge hammer!!!!! post pics of your new grill.

Oui... That didnt help. I need detail.

It seems the original grill is two pieces... the outer fake chrome plastic thing and then the grill that contains the rings.

I took off the outer chrome thingy but the inner grill eludes me.

I would use a sledge hammer... but I want to be able to mount the other grill

HELP!!!

There really isnt anything much more to it. Pop off the clips from behind and push the sucker out. You may end up snapping the clips on the old one (plastic is brittle).

Wow... you guys make it sound so easy. Just POP.... more like SNAP, CRACK, and DAMNIT!

Yes... this is how most of my endevors end up, ones having to do with taking something apart. The Kamei grill was so frickin easy to put on... the OEM was such a bitch! Ya... that sucker is broken. I told myself "your going to buy a new OEM because this one was broken"

Yes I talk to myself... strange as it sounds.

Ill post up pics after I figure out a way to fasten it better... its a little loose!

Eehhh that's the way it goes. I've broken more tabs on my audi than I care to remember! Definetly time for pics though.

I contacted the seller ane he forget to send the weather stripping... Im sure that is a rubber piece that sits behind the grill to make it fit better, right now its really loose.

But here are pics of my lil grill. To me, I think its much cleaner. I have the back debadged as well. [&:]

Last night, I spotted a sick lil A4. It was blue just like mine except the fact it had exhaust, it was dropped (probebly coils) and had an S4 body kit. I have a feeling it was a pre 99 because it had cloth seats... the guy also replaced the front lights with HIDs and the back tail lamps to look like the newer model.

Now I need to drop my car just 2 inchs... thats all.
