i know...real noob question, but im installing my boost gauge and im stuck on this part....i need to get the wiring into the headlight fuse to turn it on when i turn the headlights on....pleas help

 

Autozone sells these:

any way i can do this without going to autozone? my car isnt very driveable at the moment

 

Is there a post on the back side of the fuse?

nm im just going to wire it to the 75x...but id still like to know for further refrence

 

On the backside of the fuse panel, underneath your steering wheel. There might be an exposed post or terminal you can tap. Also lots of people just cut the light going to the cig lighter and splice into it.

 

well the 75x method didnt work...so anyone know how to tap? wheres the light going to cig lighter jestomen?

 

thought id hijack this real quick... i poseted earlier but noone responded... i set up my air/fuel gauge and i think it doesnt have enoguh power becuase its flickering between a reading and a power light... i soldered it to the lgitht that lights up the airvent dial thing... think its underpowered?

 

All I have to say is do not get cheap when your tapping into fuses.
