It all depends on how the car is driven. Mine can do from 25 mpg city on a heavy foot to close to 40mpg hwy cruising. I've had my display show 645 miles to empty

Cool quattro symbols on the exterior and interior of the car, weight, and power losses!
Quattro is all about traction in dry, wet, and frozen. It has its disadvantages, but ask around and about everyone will say that its worth it for the amount of added traction and control that you get.

So beside the plus of getting better traction what do we gain from having a quattro

^fill er up and drive nice and easy(slow) for the duration of the tank, you should get apx. 280+-mpg city driving(stop and go conditions) and up to 380 mpg on hwy... Questions to ask yourself....tire pressure?...clean oil?...air/oil/fuel filter?...correct octane(91 or higher)?...is your heat always on?
I average 330/tank, mostly moving...ummm, semi-heavy foot....
