How many people use there car as a DD?
i think you have to understand that most of the people in this thread have invested some sort of time or money into thier car, I know for a fact I did and I definetly dont want some dumb fvck at school or the mall to slam his door into my car. Nor do I want to put the extensive miles on my car just for DD; I just replaced my turbo due to the stock one going dead after 100k and I sure as hell did not spend my hard earned money and time replacing the turbo just to drive the **** of it and it to blow again. Most of us have done some sort of mod to our cars and dont want to be putting DD miles on it, and I dont think they are implicating letting thier car sit for months at a time either but impling not driving the **** out of it just to go to work or the grocery store.

its ok man chill it'll happen soon
but ya back to the subject. i gota use my car as a DD or else i cant get around. im not rich enough to own more than one car...yet. but even if i ever became rich and had a bunch of cars i would drive every single one of them. i like driving a car more than i do collecting one. although if a 71 Cuda convertible ever came my way i dont think i would drive it but twice a month for about 5 miles. other than rare exceptions like that and project cars i will always drive my cars.

First of all chill out... it looks like someone else hasent kissed a girl yet. second of all, u ****...im not saying that when i see ppl drive in bad cars i think lower then them. I just said, if you could read u dumb ****, that there is no point of having a nice car and driving at night. what are u going to get out of that? and i never said a 5 year old car is old...did you ever see that in written..but ur so dumb you cant even fugure out what you reading. i said if you let you brand new car in the garage and then have beaters for ever then yes it will get out dated. so chill out this is a forum. i never singled anyone out and should have not either. and if your drive your car once a week for 15 minutes at night might as well sell it to a person thats going to put the car in good use.

I think a better question would be, how many ppl don't use there car as a daily driver? Not a lot of ppl at the typical age group of forums like this can afford more than one car.
I'm with Kelly, I wouldn't WANT to drive another car. I love my car, it is the soothing experience I need to relax on my way home from work and I enjoy driving it everyday. I understand the use of a daily driver, but I couldn't get in a beater every morning and let the Audi sitting in the garage. That's just me, but I know that I have several weaknesses. Good luck to you stronger folk.
Cheers!
