Default How to remove dash cover?

Hey guys. I am trying to install some instrument rings around the MPH Gauge and RPM Gauge, etc. but I can't seem to find a way to take the plastic cover off in order to reach them. Does anyone know how to do this? Or do you have to take the whole thing out in order to reach them?

Well I guess that answers part of my question. But it does not really mention how to get inside the plastic, merely how to remove the entire gauge unit.
