Is there a silver ring around the lights on the xenon lights for the 02?

 

when u turn on the head lights to they fade on
are they a nice white

 

Yep, I had xenon's on my Acura...but I'm wondering if there is a silver "bezzel" (?) around the light itself...

 

theres no bzzzing sound at least i dont think so

I'm talking about silver plastic peice that circles around the actually projector. I did a little searching and it looks like the 02 had no plastic peice around it, so I probably answered my own question. : )

 

Umm, if you have a b6, with projectors... then you have xenon. B6's without xenon didn't even have projectors... they had reflectors. So, if you are looking for ANYTHING around your projector, then stop. The projector is all you need, on a b6.

 

Not true, my 02 had projectors with halogens. I upgraded to HID on my own.

 

It was an option for 02...

BTW- Can someone tell me what in the world b6 is vs. b7? Sorry I'm new to Audi.

 

1996-2001 is the b5 wit the 1.8t/2.8V6
the 2002 - 2005 is the B6 model wit the 1.8T/3.0V6
the 2005.5 and on is the news models the B7 wit the 2.0T/3.2V6
