I never got the manual with my 1998.5 A4 and was wondering how to activate the headlight washers.. I tried a lot of combos but no liquid on the headlights [>:]

ALSO, there is this button between driver door and back driver side door.. had a picture of a car with 3 lines inside of it... what does this button do? I press it but I dont know [>:]

the button on the left side of the drivers seat is the on/off buttonfor the motion sensor which is part of the factory alarm system it is so if you leave your windows down on a nice day the alarm won't keep going off

 

head lights on and then pull the windshield washer lever

 

So if I press the button to be ON the motion sensor is deactivated?

 

the motion sensor will be deactivated if the red light on that button is off so is the motion sensor
