Default HP/torque increase after upgrades

My car - 99.5 A4 1.8T (tiptronic). So far, I have the giac chip upgrade, 710DV, tip chip. I'm taking my car in to KTR Performance in Ayer, MA to get the borla catback system and Techtonics High flow cat. How much is the borla and the high flow cat going to add to the HP/torque? I think awe's site mentions +15 HP for the borla.

Maybe enough to feel in the seat of your pants. Mostly a little quicker response, and a better sounding exhaust note.

your turbo response should go way up, and have better top end. sounds like you doing everything just about right.

Give me some feedback on how you like the tipchip and what difference the exhaust makes.

Yah, but I drive over 3 hours a day. I need something that isn't going to drive me nuts with droning. I'm almost thinking of keeping the stock resonator and mufler, and putting in larger piping.

From what I understand, its just a bit loud at idle, but once you get going its not too bad. The tip chip made a very small difference under hard acceleration.

david, thats what i was planning on doing....atp test pipe, into a tantrumworks downpipe, into 2.5 piping , deleting one muffler...and running back to the stock muffler....with some nice chrome tips on the stocky....

I'd think 3" DP to 2.5" piping back to ONE resonater, a high flow cat and a remus muffler would have an awesome sound and would make a noticeable difference. The bigger DP and exhaust will help the turbo spool up much quicker.

Already thinking about the next round of upgrades.

So what could I do after the borla and the techtonics? Would you guys recommend K04 or GT28RS - I'm sure the GT would cost a lot more. Anything to watch out for? After the turbo upgrade, an FMIC?
