ok im goin to give the break down of my instal and i want to see if anyone can please help me.
i replaced the cat with a random tech but, while i was doing this i snapped the ****** wires to the o2 sensor after the cat. i rewires it. i then replaced the manifold with a ported one and the put the k04-15 on. lastly i put in the chip. so i go to start it waiting to hear the whinning of my tbs and i get nothing but a lock and grinding noise. so i replace the chip with the k03 giac to see if it was the chip and i get the same noise. i try to start the car and it wont start. please someone help me please. also how can u tighten the coolent line that is under the manifold with the turbo on. thanks. if anyone has any parts that u think i might need to replace sell them to me

you dont have to coolant hose on tight? thats your problem. your computer is detecting a pressure leak in the turbos cooling system. with this leak that mean no pressurization. take everything out and tighten the line before you install it again.
Get something called "lock tight" this you put this on the treads and it makes sure bolts will NEVER come loose.

are u kidding? just bc a line is some what opened its going to cause the throttle postioning sensor to make that lock/grinding noise and not start?

Dude its the computer not allowing the car to start. you need to tighten this hose and then have it scaNNED
****** germans gotta make the damn computers way to smart..well back to the drawing board damnit

well i did it and the tbps is still making that grinding/lockin noise and wont start. i only have a generic scan tool and it wont read anything unless a check engine light is on and there isnt. anyother suggetions?
