Do you hafve a B5? go through the A/C diagnostic

 

i have a b5 but what is a a/c diagnostic? sorry im really new to audis'

 

ASK Jesty he knows moree about the festurs of an A4 then i do. Personally i really dont car about what it can do all i care about is what it does do.

 

the air condition diagnostics isnt for fault codes or that. It's mainly for reading the values at particular sensors.

 

so do u have a suggestion

 

? dead battery?

 

give me a better description of the noise you are getting.

 

well when u put the key on accel u r supposed to hear the whinning pitch comming from the tb well what i am hearing is a clicking noise that clicks for about 5 times and shuts off then i go to start it and it wont start. it will try to turn over and the battery is fine.

 

Try disconnecting the battery for a half hour or more.

 

hmm - clicking does normally point to a dead battery.
