Default HyperFlow Induction for 3.0L

Alright, so i've been looking around for the very few engine mods for my NA 3.0 and found the HyperFlow Induciton kit, http://www.stratmosphere.com/hyperflow11.htm, (scroll down to second one)
does anyone know anything about the hp gains i'd get from this if any. If you know of any other engine mods other than chips or the PES G3 s/c, help me out,
thanks

http://www.mtm-online.de/en/audi_kit...4220315FX.html

twin screw supercharger for the 3.0. Different from the eaton roots blower by pes. It generates 315 hp at the crank and roughly 272.9 foot pounds of torque.

Compare that to Pes's 320 at the crank with 213 foot pounds of torqe.

There is also a Giac chip which will improve throttle response, raise the rev limiter, and net you about 6 hp.

Then aftermarket intake, i'd be choosey.. not all are the same and a modified air box with k&n will likely show you the same gains.

The exhaust. take your pick. there are dozens.

I've seen headers around for about 1100 usd somewhere. I have not seen dyno's to show the gains.

That's basically it. You have a highly tuned engine N/A to begin with.

So a custom done airbox with a K&N filter will give me around 6 hp gain?
is the airbox mod done by yourself i assume, i've heard of this, but i'm not quite sure what it does

thanks for all the info tho, when i'm rich, i'll by the MTM s/c, haha

I have that intake for my 3.0. It's a quality product but the gains aren't really noticable.

get any cai its not really about the gains. In my opinion I want the sound created. I'm in the same boat its hard to justify dropping a few hundred when a k&n panel filter nets the same hp gains, but damn CAI sound so much better

so with the CAI, there will be a better sound? also, i've heard the KN filters have an oil base that can screw up stuff. is this true?
