I did race a Integra and....
i was rather blunt, as i knew regaurdless of what i wrote, it would be disregaurded. why i wrote it anyways, it is beyond me.
that said, I almost killed myself, as well as my best friend stupidly street racing against a S2000 "stoplight to stoplight". Both cars lost control, the owner of the s2000 was far less fortunate spun out and got t-boned by a ford explorer from on coming traffic. needless to say, i stopped street racing after that.

it was sick, my car is really fast that car has some shhhhht inside!
must be a ls cause a stock gsr run 15.7 with good driver, and that would walk a chipped a4....barely.
I really don't think that this car you raced was anything other than an ls with i/e.
I've beaten a modified GS-R in my modified '94 Honda Civic EX (Intake, Header, High Flow Catalytic Converter, TEIN Suspension, no real power upgrades at that time) and I ran 15.7, and he ran 15.8. I was quite surprised.
But Hondas/Acura tuners are no joke guys, we get a bad rap due to the ricers, but there are a lot of us out there that will surprise you.

i had a 99 GS-R.. B18 engine I think.. It was a screamer.. Lots of fun to drive... You really gotta pound em to get good power though. All i had was a cai though. I do miss it, mainly because it was a manual. I have been jones'n for a manual hardcore these days.

I don't really consider a chipped a4 really fast.
Stock gs-r's run low 15s. I had a sedan, and stock I got it down to a 15.23 @ 92.6. Once it was modded, it was substantially quicker.

wow then why would anyone buy a type r other then for suspension cause the fastets theyve tested and Ive seen is 14.9 out of a bone stock 2001(fastest type r year). I remeber cause I raced one in my DSMand had a fender on him at least. I raced another teg that had a body kit and all sorts of mods and belw him away by over a sec and he asked what I had done and I told him stock...he then cried. Oh and all this was at the track by the way.

Are you sure. My car 2001 2.8QM says it runs a 15.5 and supposedly a chipped 1.8t would walk on me so?

I have seen times for chipped 1.8t and they are highish 15s, I dont think the 2.8 does mid 15s though. But then again I dont look into audi quarter mile times all that much

Im with you on this to a very small degree. I had a 96 civic ex with cam, full exhaust, cai, fuel mods suspension and I would scare alot of faster cars. I remeber in my DSM right before I swapped for a b16g (turbo that is) I raced a civic and I put him away, but he was suprisingly fast and I ackowledged that too. Althought there are some honda tuners out there not trying to rice things up and make "show stoppers", and I give you guys all the respect you deserve, but 95% of honda "performance owners" are trash talking ricers. As for the 5% Ive seen alot of people cry because of them.
