Default I have a question. Thanks

I am thinking of selling my mustang to get a Audi A4 1.8t Quattro. How expensive are they to fix? Expensive compared to my mustang? Anything else i should know? Thanks, Matt

I have a 2001 v6 Mustang. I am looking at a 1996-1999 audi. I want because it gets way better gas milage, has the quattro, turbo, cheaper insurance, and i love the way they look. I am still a senoir in highschool so the insurance on the stang is killing me.

im also a senior in hs and i have a 97 A4 1.8T, just got it 2 months ago. I have to say I couldn't be more satisfied with my audi. Plus i know im going to laugh at stang owners when they get into trouble in snow with rwd. Love the Quattro. Although I respect stangs cuz they could still smoke me on the straight.

Do they have as many problems? How much more? It costs me 660 for a fuel pump in the stang, what do you think it would cost for the Audi? Thanks, Matt

What else should i know about the cars in general?

well.. since its a newer stang.. you will be looking at only a few dollars more for parts for the audi. get a 99 1/2 A4 1.8T Quattro.. and after a few mods you will be able to smoke any 01 v6 stang..

I would buy it now and keep it stock except for tints and a indash screen. Come spring i would upgrade the turbo, lower it, bov, and exhaust. How can i tell if it is a 99 1/2 not a 99

Don't get us started on a BOV...

And don't expect stellar fuel economy either, quattro and a turbo don't exactly help things.

But yeah, you can make a 1.8T walk a v6 mustang with little diffficulty.
