Start with being a man and get under your car/pop the hood for a good loooksee. Funny how you dont even know what exactly is wrong and you want to sue somebody... Typical American.

I agree. You could've avoided the puddle if you wanted to. Drive at your own risk for goodness sake. And look at your car and figure out what's wrong with it.

Well sometimes its hard to determine the depth of a puddle... My main point was to man up and get a little dirty to figure out what the problem is.Complaining isnt the solution, and neither is suing the city.

Bad roads cost a typical American driver 1200 dollars a year in repairs.

Was it your *** or someone elses you pulled that info out of?
jk
But seriously, that sounds extremely exagerated.. Are you talking tax dollars, or cash out of pocket for flat tires, etc.? Huh?

see its not that i aint maning up the storm continues on! i threw in hte towel and called it a day...wat i did see was wat looked like exhaust coming out of an almost braided connector piece of my exhaust pipiing..couldnt see as it was still raining..and ya ythe puddle wasnt in a gully so it was hard to judge...i later ran into 3 or 4 flooded areas where i turned around and took alternatre routes..also i noticed (since its cooler out) the passenger side fender foggin up on the paint, like exhaust is comin out from the heat and warmin the fender while hte rain and air are coolin it. does any of this help..i will find out more tomor when i can get under it and it clears up

That braided connector piece is the end of your down pipe. Its not uncommon for it to break. If you find out that its the problem, PM acetrebo, he got his for cheap but I forget fromwhere. Might have been www.carparts.com
