I have a '99 A4, quattro with the 2.8l 30valve. My check engine light is on and it won't go away! It comes up with the code po411 which is related to the secondary air injection system. I made the mistake of buying the car from a Subaru dealership and since it's still under warrenty I've been trying to get them to fix it. The problem is that they seem to be just hitting the reset button on the OBD 2 code reader, hoping that the light will go off permenantly and that I will go away! I'm just trying to get my car fixed without paying for it myself, that's what my warrenty is for and this problem should be covered. However, I'm more than capable of fixing the problem myself and at this point I will if I can without spending a fortune. Has anyone had a problem with that code? If so, how did it get resolved? Vacuum line or bad egr valve maybe? Thank You

 

It may be hard unless you have some audi tools.(vag)

I THOUGHT there was a super charger for this engine! SWEET! Do you know where I can find one? Although I guess I should worry about my other problem first, but after that...

I would take it back to the dealler until they fix it... thats what a warrentee is for eventualy thell get sick of you suckin up there time and thell fix it..
