My A4 is a B5 1.8T Tiptronic -- I can't find a SINGLE exhaust that will work on it. I know I've gone blind; but, I've looked at Borla, Milltek, APR, Neuspeed.... what the hell is going on? Nothing that they carry will work on a tiptronic B5. Halp pls, I'm in a pickle!

Remember, Brian, I have a automatic Quattro B5. It's year 2000, so that Milltek won't work.

I don't know if mine is an AEB or an ATW engine -- how do I check?

Also, the TechTonics exhausts don't come with downpipes for the turbo? That's kinda lame

 

it says it on the engine. it's like engraved on the. prolly sumwhere on the head. and dont' expect to get a full system like that. one thing it cost way too much and u can just go custom for cheaper

 

Can I go to any ol' garage for a custom cat-back exhaust done? There's a Stage 2 shop around here somewhere that does pretty serious race tunning, I needa go check that out soon.

As for the engine, it's a ... *goes outside and checks* what? I can't find it anywhere on the engine.

 

trust me it's there. i had to look pretty hard to find minr too and i found it just sitting there on the engine. make sure u take off the plastic that covers the engine
