I race all the time when the conditions are right. When traffic is heavy and people are around its not such a good idea.

U cant put a higher age limit on it. It just wont pass, and no matter how high u raise it, new drivers that are inexprienced will always cause the most accident and speed the most. Its a new freedom and everyone with a new freedom will abuse it. Thats just how ppl are. U can bitch and moan all u want but it wont accomplish anything.
