Default I want to lower my B7

Where can I find aftermarket springs and shocks for my B7 A4. I don't want to do the coilovers because they are too expensive. Maybe I can get away with just springs?

i dont have much b7 part knowledge but its a standard to go with shocks at the same time as springs because if you dont, your stock shocks will be shot within a few weeks. you can do reasonably priced spring/shock combos and get the desired result. jest is the guy to go to with B7 questions.

are you riding on sport suspension right now? if so your sport shock will last you no more than 15-17,000 miles...but if it was the non-sport shock it'll get shot quick! better to do it right the first time.

jest recently did a poll for his suspension, and i believe he ultimately chose H&R coilovers. hopefully he could help you out with an alternative to coilovers for the b7

Basically you can use most suspension parts from the B6.

http://www.greedspeed.com sells some springs for the B7.

So if I don't want the coilovers I would have to get the Neuspeed springs and Bilstein shocks separately then? Who would do the install? Any shop like Firestone? I'm gonna try to get these items on ebay or classifieds, may get cheaper price.

I woulnt trust a shop like that. I would suggest going to a euro tuner or your trusted mechanic. It will need an alignment too.

Places like firestone will not install parts that you bring in. Deff go w/ a euro tuner.
