The attraction to th avant has always been there, not really sure why. I have 2 large dogs so thats one practical reason. I have had a B5 sedan, and now the B5 wagon... I enjoy the wagon much much more...

As to what I would sell it for... I have no idea yet... I am still thinking over the idea.
I would probably sell it without the carputer and stereo (putting it all back to BOSE stock) unless the buyer wanted to pay for all that.

I think I saw a picture of that Carputer thing you have running, it's got Windows XP on it right? A pic would be great, that's some crazy $hit. I'm a computer nut, and that is just amazing to have in your car!

 

I would love to get a hold of your car. Unfortunately, I already have a dedicated money pit and can't afford another. The carputer alone would be worth it.

I have only had this car for 2 years, but I want more HP. And the the tip tranny won't be able to take what I want it to generate.
So, I am going to start looking. When I find the S4 I want I'll buy it, and then I'll sell the A4 (thats if the GF doesn't call dibs - cuz you all know she has dibs...)

So a manual S4 avant is in my future - the search for the manual Nogaro 2004 S4 starts today.

Redgoat - the stereo and carputer would easily add at least $1500 to the price tag. It worth well over that, and then plus the custom install that had to happen is probably worth that alone. We're talkin custom fiberglass sub enclosure, as well as fabricated speaker adapters for the front, as well as a false floor in the rear of the car that protects the amps in the spare wheel well (the spare still sits in the wheel well)... Integrated VAGcom as well.
