idle start up problem???

idle start up problem???
I have a B6 with an ATP GT3071R Turbo Kit, Awe Exhaust, 3inch downpipe, 2.0L Eurospec Block. When I start my car the boost gauge will idle at like -15 or whatever but after about a minute will drop back down to -20 where it idles normally. Does anyone know why it idles like that when its cold?

You have all those accessories and you don't know how engine vaccum works?
The faster the RPM isthe less vaccum the engine makes, as the engine warms up the RPM's drop down increasing the vaccum the engine produces ya knuckle head.
