ive been thinking about how audi dealerships just completely over price audi owners. i mean sure, from a dealership parts should be a tad more expensive, but i have 4 window regulators that need to be replaced. audi quoted me 300 a window, wtf. i know a mechanic who said that he would do all 4 for $100, wow. but i guess thats all part of owning an audi. i will never go to audi only if a problem is covered under warranty. their prices just strip us down. i just thougt i should be a little post b1tch

 

Thats why i do all the work my self, i do however buy parts from the dealership cuz i get a discount there and get the parts at close to cost

Yup. I take my car to an independent porsche/audi/vw specialist. I've never been in the Audi dealership here.

 

I went in recently to have them unlock my radio (retrieve the radio code) and I thought the SERVICE was awsome but the prices sucked a nut! The waiting area was the Best one I've ever been in...but then again I'm used to Honda/Acura dealerships and Audi just kick ***!

 

only time i've ever gone was to get my air conditioner fixed, they ended up replacing a gangload of hoses and stuff, charged 500, then told me that they couldn't give it a courtesy wash 'cause it's too low so it wont work.
my airconditioner still ran the same after that [:'(]

I think that is the only down side for owning european cars. Thank god I got warrenty.
