have a96 audi a4 2.8 quattro with the 12v engine. Ignition coil pack wouldnt fire my 1st and 6th cylinders, so i bought a new ignition coil, and im trying to remove the old one, there are two wires i have to plug into harnesses, one of them is orange with a pink center, i think i found where that one plugs into (on top of the air box where the ignition switch is?) and the other plug is completely white, cant find where that one plugs into, can anyone help? also anything else i need to know for uninstalling and reinstalling an ignition coil pack? any advice would be appreciated

 

I have the exact same problem. Did you ever get it fixed? I need to find out where those wires go.
