Had one of my new 19's scraped (tire guys)and they bought me a new one so now I have a full size spare, it even fit in thespare compartment.

 

They acutally probably could fix the wheel. I had one of my rims fixed through Audi and they did a really good job. You can't even tell they were damaged. Scraped rims are the worst! They charge about 150 per wheel. I would go the GM of the dealer ASAP. It is Bramen though, I'm guessing, and they tend to not care about their custumers. My dad bought a BMW from them and it had flat spots on the tires. They were extremely unhelpful in his situation.

 

Get a copy of his report just in case. That way if it comes to legal actions you have proof. I dunno just a thought.

I did call call the GM of Champion Audi tonight and left him a detailed yet professional message. I will await his phone call. Tomorrow I plan to call the service tech I delt with andrequesta report regarding the incident.

aahaha + 1 those guys. WOW serously, i would go back with a bat if nyone effed up my car! but that probly wouldnt be productive. well. good luck. dont stop until it is fied. though...u have no proof that it was not damaged before hand. BUT those are some sexy *** rims for that car and i would proobly cry if they stayed damages. !
