Brought my car in today to get my custom exhaust done... first of all he promisses that the car will be ready for 4:00 so I could get to my class at 6:00... I called at 3:30 and he said he will need another hour. So I called back at 4:30 and asked him if I could pick it up yet, and he told me another hour and it should be ready. Now 5:30 comes by and I decided to leave and go see the car. I get there and find out that he needs another hour and a half. So we check out his work so far and has only gotten the cats welded onto the pipes and is welding to connect them. I waited for 30 minutes and he tells me it will be ready for 7:30. I stayed until 7:45 that night and when he is finally finished, the lift is broken and my ride is stuck 6 feet in the air. How gay is that... I missed both of my classes tonight for university and now I'm behind in class with no ride. The only good thing from all of this is that he did a good welding job.

Well, I paid for my four wheel alignment yesterday and to receive the Audi back withoutthe alignment done, after they told me it was completed. [:@] My steering wheel was still off center and the Audi was still slightly drifting to the right. I fuc*ing pissed! [:@]

daym man. well get this, i took my car to a shop to break 4 bolts loose and it took them an hour and charged my 70 bux. u kno how pissed i was? the manager still woudn't give me a discount. not sure i'll ever go back there again but there's no other shops in my area that are as cool as them.

there is an emergency release...at least on all of the lifts ive worked on...maybe its his excuse to get around giving the guy a discount or something....still sucks tho!
my exhaust cost $300 installed w/ tips...and sounds great...he fabbed and installed it in about 2 hours and it rattled some so we tracked down the problems and 30 min later i was all good

Yeah I was watching the guy and he was ******* slow man.. welding like a turtle. I will fight for some sort of discount or something cause this is bullshit. The lift he was using looked pretty old and told me the last time that happened was 6 years ago.

He should compensate you for the time...
my former mechanic scrached my fender with his belt buckle putting on the Test pipe and the rear bumper removing the exhaust... and didnt tighten down one of the nuts... better off to do it yourself if possible
