I'm thinking about buying a audi a4 1.8 but worried about the 150hp that it has.
I v'e been looking for a good sleeper to purchase and I ran up on this guy who has a AUDI A4 1.8 QUATTRO 5SPEED for 6000 bucks and I offered 4000 bucks because the car has 150,000 miles and he took my offer and I will test drive the car next week when he's back but while I've been waiting I looked at the hp this car has which is 150hp I was hoping for at least 170 to 200hp but what I was wondering is does this car has the potential to get to at least 240 to 300hp with computer upgrades and small other mods without spending to much money and also does Audi's last for those good long miles like those Volvos do???? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS ONE I NEVER OWNED A AUDI

yep, AWE kit with Quattro and you'll have something fun on your hands, not a M3 killer, but hey it only cost you less than 6 grand. Enjoy.

With some more supportive mods you can run with m3s. Im not sayin you will be stomping them but you will certainly be able to play with them and look like an ***.

****, i wouldn't worry about 240hp unless the previous maintanace has been kept up with that kinda miles. But if it has been kept up 240hp is easy to do with a turbo kit.
