Default increase power without chip

What is the best way to increase power in a B5 2.8 quattro for under $300 besides chipping?

Remove rear seats, a/c hardware, spare tire, passenger seat. Weight loss baby, thats the only way you're gonna gain power on a 2.8 for less that 300.
You should have looked into that before you bought a 2.8 over a 1.8t.
Other ways: Exhaust -small gain
SC, huge gain, huge$$$

You can try putting on one of those huge spoilers, it will add instant 30hp for about 200 bucks

You know, if you get a smaller one and put it on the hood, that's another 30hp easy! Gotta balance that massive downforce, you know?
