Yeah I hear of other people praising there customer service and so far for me it has been non-existent. The way they seem to be getting popular they are going to need someone to work there phones or something.
Although I know that they did send out my ECU yesterday, it is just the gay area I live in. The post office can't guarantee that they can get it to me overnight. So looks like I am going to have to wait until tomorrow. Good news is I found out I don't actually need my car tomorrow, it still blows that I have to wait!!!!!!

And I to think they need some better customer service. They havn't gotten back to me either. I think it is just because they are busy. Before when everyone was saying that they wern't going to get anything from them, they would return calls and e-mails almost instantly! Now that people are buying them I think they are just swamped!

yathey might just begrowing faster than they anticipated and don't have enough staff to accomodate....hmmm maybe AF should receive a cut of their new found profits

how long did it take for them to accept the ebay offer? just curious, b/c i am kind of on a time constraint... i need to have the chip back and in by the 26th.... and they still havent accepted my offer....

It is a good thing that they have been around for a long time. I am looking forward to seeing some on the street. IF its a proven tune after they get a good customer base, i dont think it would be a problem for them to grow with the given prices.

i am sure you mention it somewhere earlier in the thread, but whats wrong with going to the nearest tuner shop and having a proven chip installed?
I drove an hour, waited 30 mins, and left with 30 real extra hp. The hour ride home was the most fun I had ever had in my a4.
