Default insane break dust

dose anyone else have the same problem with a lot of break dust on your wheels? i find myself cleaning my wheels every 3-4 days just to keep them clean. i kno i tend to break a little hard for most people, but its nothing that out of the ordinary. ive never seen break dust build this quick on any car ive had or thats been in my family. if i just swap out the pads anyone have a reccomendation for new pads that may have a higher compound or something so i get less dust? anything would help. and dont say break softer cause its just how i drive and no im not one of those idiots that floors it to every traffic light, 95% of the time i barely even speed anymore.

high quality ceramic pads will help also. Brake dust is unavoidable, it just happens.

oh i kno brake dust happens, but this seems excessive. ill try the ceramic pads for now untill i have enough for the drilled or slotted rotors. damn this sucks.

I just upgraded to Brembo drilled rotors and Hawk HPS pads. I replaced them last Saturday, and it's now Wednesday, and i have yet to see an ounce of dust on my rims.

I heard a lot of good things about the Hawk pads, and finally broke down and bought a set for the front. Imust say, i'm completelysatisfied with how they are performing. Get yourself a set - it's worth the extra $$.
