Default Installed GIAX ECU program..but have a question

Yes, quite a difference. Car definitely moves alot quicker..especially right off throttle. However, when I plant my foot in it for awhile, the car seems to be surging upon acceleration. I think this would have to do with the diverter valve ( blow-off ) failing?

If this being the case, which aftermarket valve should I go with to remedy this problem?

Thanks

Cheapest is the 710N off a TT. Runs about 35 dollars.

I would recommend the forge 007 valve. I run an and got it because it has a lifetime warranty, fully serviceable, can change different springs for different boost levels and its only like $135

Do you still have the stock DV on your car? My GIAC surged at WOT for the first few days then went away...

Yeds, I still have the stock unit on there but only have had the ECU upgrade for 3 days now. I would think I'd have to change it when I get a bigger turbo installed 'cause it may bleed boost.

yeah, it'll surge a little until the ECU is fully adapted to the new programming.

Ok then, if it requires one that will hold a little more boost, what is the next best (next cheapest ) solution that is proven to give results?
I'm having the APR upgrade done on mine and I want to have the DV by the time I get the flash done.....
