Ok then, if it requires one that will hold a little more boost, what is the next best (next cheapest 
) solution that is proven to give results?
I'm having the APR upgrade done on mine and I want to have the DV by the time I get the flash done.....

You wont need one. You already have a DV that is able to hold the additional boost.
