so from 12 to 3 today i was installing my new techtonics tuning exhaust!!! i love it. the only thing that kinda bothers me is that it is a little louder than i thought it would be. but i guess i am just not used to it yet.

the install went pretty smoothly. the hardest and longest part was getting the car high enough and on jacks. once that was done, it was all good. actually the hardest hardest part was getting the car down safely.

i will try to get a picture of the end pipes tomorrow. it looks great and has that deep sound that i love. its sounds like the way a cold air sounds but for the exhaust.

if anybody was thinking about getting a less expensive exhaust than APR or other big names, you should deffinatly get a techtonics. very easy install, just very greasy dirty!!!!!!

it is cat back. i would have liked to have gotten a test pipe along with it but california, especialy where i live has strict emissions. that is if i know the correct meaning of "cat back"

 

ya cat back means the stock cat stays in place and everything back is replaced. cali sucks for that

 

sick. same exhaust i have and i love it. did you leave the first muffler on? cause i just replaced my first muffler with a straight pipe and kept the back muffler (tho thats off right now too for ****'s and giggles). and it seems loud at first cause your so used to your stock one, but in a week it probly won't sound as loud to you. and get those pics up

 

it is too dark whenever i get home so i cant get any good pictures now. i will definatly try to get some up tomoro after school

I ordered one and it should be installed on monday!!! How long did it take you to instal the exhaust (not including the time to get it up and down ect...) Pics would be awesome, video would be even better if you have a GOOD camera. Exhaust vids on crappy point and shoots just hurt the exhaust.
