Installing New Control Arm Bushing

replacing a lower control arm bushing this weekend....

how difficult is it to get a new bushing into place? do i need a special press tool/clamp or can i get it in by hand?

Eh, everyone just replaces the whole control arm. Not just the bushing.

Bushings are not available. You have to order the replacement arm.

If you are doing it this weekend, you are going to have a hard time finding the parts in time.

umm....then why have i found like twenty different places that sell control arm bushings for my vehicle?

You can replace just the bushes but you'll need a press to refit them into the arm, your local shop will probably do it for you.

kragen sells them...as well as several german/european parts dealers....

I've never seen them. Should be a lot cheaper than new control arms, but, I swear i've looked high and low.
