Driver and location determines the rate. Check with many companies in your area. There are large differences in prices.

Im with farm bureau and its 1100/yr. 26yr, no tickets,500 ded.- I dont recommend farm bureau tho-they told me before I bought the audi the it would be $574/yr and I was soooooo happy. The price didnt seem right but they said it was accurate within 1%. But when I got the audi they jacked it to $800/yr and two weeks later $1100/yr and had no explanation(bullshit) but I had to eat it cause they were still the cheapest. Sry i kinda went off on a rant there.

1050 year for a 2005 1.8T Cab.
(USAA)
Goddamn that is freaking cheap? How old are you and im going to guess you have no tickets
58 with one ticket (speeding) in the last three years. That's full coverage 300/500k with 0 deductalbe comp., and 250 deductable coll. I have (last time I looked , LOL) 12 cars on this policy along with homeowners. These cars cost me ~4500 year. Just a little age makes a big difference, for example my '97 STS costs 450yr, the '99 NSX is about the same. My '68 Camero, and '69 Chevelle are about 200 yr. The 54 F-100 is 160 bucks..
The reality of this story is USAA is a private insurance outfit started by retired military officers for active and retired comissioned officers. It's my understanding that they now are offering memberships for grades down to E-7 and above, as long as they're active of retired within two years..

They will also insure the children of retired military officers...They are my insurance company also, father was an officer in the Marines.

You are correct sir! (I should have mentioned that) Two of my sons have USAA now that they're on thier own, and the other two guys will transfer over to thier own policy soon, if they so choose. Don't know why they wouldn't....

I see many of you are paying over $1000... why dont you get liability instead, I mean, even you hit your car, it might still be cheaper to fix on your own. I am 20 and own a 02 1.8T, I am paying about 400 per 6 months

That really is a good deal...but again it all depends on location and coverage limits/deductible...
I have a clean record...over 25...but I live in NYC and have an 2004 S4....my comprehensive and colision w/$500 deductible is $1810 a year!!! On top of that is all the liability coverage....
