i recently bought a 97 A4 quattro. it had these crappy 19" rims on it that were ugly, cheap, almost impossible to balance properly, etc, etc. i want to switch them out with stock rims, but am having trouble finding out which stock rims from what years/makes will match. for instance, will stock rims off an '02 A4 match a '97 A4? i found a partial list, but don't think its completely accurate. the list as follows...

INTERCHANGABLE AUDI STOCK WHEELS:
A4: 96-01
A6: 95-01
S6: 95-97

is this a comlete and accurate list? does anyone else have any more info?

 

i think all audi wheels have the same offset which is 5x112mm. the A4 and A6 def fit. not 100% sure bout the S6 though

 

5 x 112 is the bolt pattern, not the offset.

 

Audi TT wheels will not fit an A4.

 

I put the stock b6 wheels on my b5 and i love it plus you can get them new with some nice HP tires for only 800 bucks!!!

 

I agree the B6 wheels look good on a B5 but so do B7 wheels, especially RS4 shoes.

 

any factory audi wheel should fit minus those found on the TT and the Allroad.


I'm saving up to eventually get some A8 wheels for my B5 and get to ballin.

 

those do look great. so you can put post '02 (B6)wheels on a pre '01(B5) vehicle then with no problems?

 

yeah pretty much, I mean yo are looking for an offset around 30something and a bolt pattern of 5X112. Well almost all audi's use 5X112 and the A4's offset doesn't change much so, yes it is a plug and play deal you have there my friend.

 

I have stock RS4 wheels, i like the way the look. check it out in my sign.
