Hi All
I have an AUDI4 1995, lately the interior of the car is getting hot above my legs "I.e. below the steering wheel" Upon checking it more it seems that the whole rod that connect the steering wheel to the motor seems to heat up.
And that rod passes near the exchange in the motor region so it might be that the bottom of the rod is hitting up and the heat is moving upwards as a I drive. I might be all wrong about this, any suggestions please ?

 

i have sorrtof felt the same thing, kindaof in the same area.. heats not on but i feel heat... i mean im sure its just the engine heat but im curious for an explination....

 

I get the same too. Its when i let my right leg rest on the center section where the radio and stuff is.

 

this is pretty common and was in fact talked about a couple of weeks ago. it happens with alot of a4's including my own.

 

i get the same thing, i thought my heater was on but it wasn't.
