RE: Interior Neons

I don't know of any interior neon specific DIYs but its fairly simple and easy to do first thing you'd need to figure out is how many volts your neons require? Next how many neons are you installing and where? Also you're going to want to wire the neons in parallel. Hopefully you know and understand this info and can tell us more so we can help.

I don't know how new you are to this kind of stuff but just to be safe here's a list of things you'll probably need:

-12 gauge wire (depending on watts/volts this is probably sufficient)
-wire strippers
-electrical tape
-zip ties
-mounting brackets/screws for neons
-bits and tools to for any interior car parts you'll need to remove
-soldering iron and solder
-toggle switch

Also remember before starting anything to do with wiring/electrical work to disconnect the negative battery terminal!
