Has Anyone had any trouble using the tape player in their A4 (Bose System). I have a cassette connection for my ipod because i feel it has the best quality. But when i try to use this in my A4 the sound only comes out of one side of the car. The tape connection worked fine in my old car, and CD's play fine in the A4...any ideas?

works for me fine. try flipping the tape or somting. i think you can play it in 2 directions. but i might be wrong..

 

i know what your talking about... i have the same setup, but when i use it in my car it works perfectly....

now in my moms allroad on the otherhand... it only comes out one side... id try playing with the tape and flipping it around, maby you can figure it out

 

tape connection sucks because it kills sound quality. just hardwire it in

 

Works fine for me.

Tape sucks compared to hard-wired in, but it's much better than those crappy FM transmitters.

 

and it doesnt eat at ur battery like the wireless..

DICE! But have you tried cleaning the heads or a new tape. And somtimes the cable attached to the tape is bad. Like on head phones when you only hear out of one speaker. Back in the day when I would make beats with my tape deck, I used rewire all the stuff. lol.
