insurance lady called back 8,000 no colision and i have a clean reccord but only 5200 when i go to univericty in the fall so im still on the wire weather insurance is gonna be to killer

I'm 23 and drive 02 A4 1.8TQM Sport. I have "Drive" from progressive with full coverage. Lots of tickets for driving fast...my annual premium is $1,400. Not that bad considering. I do happen to live in MN too though, which I'm told, is fairly affordable for insurance.
